Too many days have flown by since my last post. It's only a few weeks until we'll be heading out again, and we have SO many things to do!

We did take a break to accompany some friends down to Algodones, Mexico.For those of you who are curious about trekking south of the border, here's a little sampling of what to expect.

Didn't get a picture of our favorite shrimp taco cart though. Amazing little morsels of tender small shrimp on corn tortillas, topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, hot sauce, and a squeeze or three of fresh lemon.
